Dissemination of Agreement. Each party agrees to disseminate this Agreement to appropriate personnel in each agency and to provide technical assistance in the implementation of the Agreement.

Dissemination of Agreement. Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, the State shall distribute copies of the Agreement to all relevant staff, including all medical, mental health and security staff at the Facilities and explain it as appropriate.

Dissemination of Agreement. Upon the Effective Date, the State shall ensure that all current and future staff understand the terms of this Agreement, to the extent necessary to carry out their job duties and responsibilities, and implement the terms of this Agreement.
Dissemination of Agreement. Each new employee shall be given a copy of this Agreement, with two (2) copies sent to MSEA. The district shall provide a copy of the agreement to all mentors and twenty-five (25) copies to chief stewards. An electronic copy of the agreement will be maintained on the staff file share for other Paraeducator staff.
