DOCCS. Research will create a Randomization List and assign Randomization List members to the Treatment or Control Populations according to the following procedures: (a) At the Service Commencement Date and weekly thereafter in NYC and monthly thereafter in Rochester Metro, DOCCS Research will use the files entitled DOCCS Undercustody and DOCCS SRP 500 (the names of which may change without requiring amendment to the Agreement) to generate a Randomization List, which identifies all individuals who meet the following criteria, as specified in Appendix 1 of this Schedule (the “Eligible Individuals”): (i) Predicted release date from Prison is sometime within the next 28 days; (ii) Supervision Level 1 or 2 according to the COMPAS Risk Assessment Tool; (iii) Scheduled for release and assigned to: (A) NYC from Queensboro Correctional Facility; (B) One of the NYC PFS Target Bureaus34 directly from Prison; or (C) Rochester Metro directly from Prison; (iv) Have at least six months of Community Supervision remaining at time of release; (v) Male; (vi) Projected age at release equal to or greater than 215 months (17 years and 11 months); (vii) Not a sex offender, an arsonist, seriously mentally ill, a Shock Release Hearing Type, a Harlem Reentry Court case, or an undocumented and “status unknown” foreign-born individual as defined in the DOCCS system. (b) DOCCS Research will Randomize each new Randomization List member into one of two groups: (i) a group of individuals that are designated to both (1) participate in Interventions and (2) be systematically Referred to the Service Provider, as specified in Schedule 2, Article IV (“Treatment Population” or “Treatment Population Members”), or (ii) a group of individuals not designated to either (1) participate in Interventions and (2) be systematically Referred to the Service Provider, as specified in Schedule 2, Article IV (“Control Population” or “Control Population Members”).

DOCCS administration andtheunions shall convene inlabor-management, atmutually agreeable times, to discuss issues associated with the MOA and/or to share regular updates of the information that is being collected pursuant to Paragraph 4.
DOCCS. The Program Coordinators are the primary contact between CPEP and their respective Correctional Facilities for the day-to-day operations of CPEP. This coordination involves interactions with the Deputy Superintendent of Programs, the Educational Supervisor and Supervisor of Volunteer Services and includes (i) Scheduling courses (ii) Course material approval (iii) Callouts and gate passes (iv) Special events such as guest presenters and graduation ceremonies.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term. B. The following articles apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session: Recognition, Wages (range adjustment only), DCP, Travel, Health and Safety, Leaves, Holidays, Duration, Workspace and Instructional Support, Parking, Grievance and Arbitration, Waiver, Management and Academic Rights, No Strikes, Non-Discrimination, Union Access and Rights, Union Security, Discipline and Dismissal, Emergency Layoff, Employment Files and Evaluations, Definitions, Severability, Labor-Management Meetings, and Classifications. C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section. 1.10.1 Registry Operator will offer searchability on the web-­‐based Directory Service. 1.10.2 Registry Operator will offer partial match capabilities, at least, on the following fields: domain name, contacts and registrant’s name, and contact and registrant’s postal address, including all the sub-­‐fields described in EPP (e.g., street, city, state or province, etc.). 1.10.3 Registry Operator will offer exact-­‐match capabilities, at least, on the following fields: registrar id, name server name, and name server’s IP address (only applies to IP addresses stored by the registry, i.e., glue records). 1.10.4 Registry Operator will offer Boolean search capabilities supporting, at least, the following logical operators to join a set of search criteria: AND, OR, NOT. 1.10.5 Search results will include domain names matching the search criteria. 1.10.6 Registry Operator will: 1) implement appropriate measures to avoid abuse of this feature (e.g., permitting access only to legitimate authorized users); and 2) ensure the feature is in compliance with any applicable privacy laws or policies.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

  • CONTRACTOR NAME CHANGE An amendment is required to change the Contractor's name as listed on this Agreement. Upon receipt of legal documentation of the name change the State will process the amendment. Payment of invoices presented with a new name cannot be paid prior to approval of said amendment.

  • Onboarding The parties acknowledge that the City provides a new employee orientation (onboarding) to each new employee hired by the City. As such, the Union will be provided with not less than 10 calendar days’ advanced notice of the time, date, and location of the onboarding of any new employee represented by the Union. The Union will be given 30- minutes at the start of the new employee onboarding in a room designated by the City for no more than one (1) representative to present Union membership information. The City representative will excuse him or herself during the Union portion of the onboarding. The Union agrees in its portion of the onboarding not to engage in speech that could cause disruption or material interference with City activities. The City will provide 30 minutes of Union Release Time to the Union representative presenting the Union membership information during the scheduled onboarding. The Union shall provide the Union representative’s immediate supervisor with the Union representative’s name at least five (5) days prior to the onboarding. The Union representative shall be released for this purpose unless unusual operation needs interfere with such release in which case the Union representative’s immediate supervisor will provide a written explanation of why release could not be approved. If the Union representative is not released due to department operational needs, the Union representative may arrange an alternative date and time to meet with the newly hired employee within the first two (2) weeks of employment, subject to the 30-minutes onboarding and Union Release Time requirements as stipulated above.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
