Program Coordinators. The parties’ program coordinators are responsible for all communications and contacts required to manage this Agreement. Each party will notify the others of any changes within ten business days.
Program Coordinators. 1. Only faculty in career and technical programs will be designated as “program coordinators.”
2. Some faculty positions include program coordinator responsibilities at the time of employment. Other career and technical faculty members may apply to their supervising administrator to be recognized as a program coordinator. The supervising administrator will then make a recommendation to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The prospective program coordinator may appeal the supervising administrator’s decision to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
3. The program coordinator will work with the Vice President, supervising administrator, faculty, staff, and community in implementing activities pertaining to areas of assignment to promote program success as outlined in the Guidelines for Program Coordinators (See Faculty Handbook).
4. Compensation for program coordinators is as follows:
a. Program coordinators will receive three (3) credit hours of reassigned time per semester (fall and spring) or equivalent in overload pay.
b. During the regular academic year, additional compensation may be awarded for “extra-ordinary” responsibilities. The program coordinator will apply and gain approval from the supervising administrator and the Vice President when responsibilities substantially exceed "basic duties." A copy of the approved requests will be forwarded to the Federation by the supervising administrator. Program Coordinators may be eligible for additional compensation for the following: • Laboratory maintenance, management and upgrade • Grant management or development • Program improvement plans (following approval by the supervising administrator) • Curriculum development for new certificates or degrees • Preparation of accreditation reports
Program Coordinators. Dendreon and PRI shall each identify one program coordinator with relevant experience and credentials to coordinate the efforts of the Research Steering Committee as set forth in this Section 7 (the "Program Coordinators"). Dendreon and PRI shall designate their respective Program Coordinators within ten (10) days after the Effective Date and inform each other of such designation in writing within such time period. Either Party may replace its Program Coordinator, at its discretion, with another individual with appropriate experience and credentials. Each Party will promptly provide written notice to the other if it replaces its Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinators shall be responsible for: (i) coordinating the activities of the Research Steering Committee; (ii) conducting and coordinating reviews of the Collaboration Research Plan; (iii) proposing revisions to the Collaboration Research Plan to the Research Steering Committee; (iv) communicating on a regular basis by telephone, facsimile, email, video conference, internet conferencing and/or in person to review progress, track schedules, resolve problems and arrange for the exchange of materials or information necessary for the performance of the Collaboration in accordance with the Collaboration Research Plan; (v) scheduling Research Steering Committee meetings and creating agendas therefore mutually acceptable to the Parties; and (vi) representing the position of their respective Party with respect to Research Steering Committee decisions and actions.

Program Coordinators. To facilitate communication, Solid Power and BMW shall each designate a “Program Coordinator”, who shall be the principal point of contact for the performance of the Statement of Work. Program Coordinators shall have authority to manage the day-to-day activities to be performed under the Statement of Work and shall be responsible for directing and supervising such activities. Each party shall have the right to replace its Program Coordinator in its sole discretion upon written notice to the other party.
Program Coordinators. 5.10.1 Responsibilities of Program Coordinators
5.10.1.1 Program Coordinators are regular faculty employees who will be assigned duties and responsibilities by a Xxxx or delegate. Program Coordinators will be selected from within the broad program area and will know the curriculum requirements, the structure of the courses within the program, and the College support services available. Duties will include coordinating program delivery and acting as a liaison between the department and the Xxxx or delegate for general issues.
Program Coordinators. The Program Coordinator is appointed to manage an academic transfer program that serves a large student population with the goal of transfer to a wide variety of baccalaureate degree granting programs. The primary purpose of a Program Coordinator is to ensure the academic quality and currency of the program in service of the students and the community. Program Coordinators have demonstrated expertise in at least one of the liberal arts or science areas for transfer. Excellence in teaching and learning is their primary focus. An individual serving as Program Coordinator is appointed by the Vice President for Instruction and Learning or their designee based on the recommendation of their Department Chair. Faculty members designated as Program Coordinators retain their status as regular members of the college faculty, including their tenure status and rank, during and after their service as Program Coordinators. The Program Coordinator serves in an advisory capacity to the Department Chair and the Office of Vice President for Instruction and Learning. Compensation Formula: Program Coordinator base reassigned time: 6 hours of reassigned time annually In addition, Program Coordinators supervising part-time faculty would be compensated at the rate that Part-Time Faculty Supervisors are compensated per part-time faculty member. The Program Coordinator job description and responsibilities are retained by the Office of Vice President for Instruction and Learning with a current copy supplied to DUE. Any changes to the Program Coordinator job description requires negotiation on the impact of said changes.
Program Coordinators. Both institutions shall appoint a program coordinator responsible for the implementation of the program. In case of any difficulties the two program coordinators are expected to solve the problems by mutual consent.

Program Coordinators serve as a liaison between the full-time faculty and the administration in non-AA programs such as vocational, technical and health care related programs. Program Coordinators have no supervisory responsibilities for other faculty. The Program Coordinator convenes faculty meetings (including adjunct faculty members) within the discipline to discuss both college-wide and academic discipline-related issues. The Program Coordinator will perform curricular reviews, assist faculty with the implementation of any changes in the academic- discipline curriculum, as well as changes in course-writing and instructional-delivery formats (including online and hybrid formats). Other responsibilities of Program Coordinators may include providing assistance to the supervising administrator for reviews of course content and adherence to the standards and criteria established by regional and/or professional accrediting agencies, and assisting with the facilitation of onsite visitations and inspections of academic programs and facilities by such agencies.
B. Program Coordinators will be selected for two-year terms In March of the second year, all scheduled positions will be opened and posted internally by the appropriate supervising administrator utilizing College communication media. Selection will be made by the supervising administrator no later than April 15. A Program Coordinator may be reappointed, and if a position opens, the notification and application process will be followed by the supervising administrator.
C. A supervising administrator may choose to issue a temporary appointment, if necessary, pending the completion of the application/selection process.
