Doctoral Allowance. In the event an individual attains a doctorate, the employee will be compensated. The doctorate step will be added to the 1996-97 Schedule A to begin at $650 beyond the MA+30 scale. In no way will additional hours beyond the education specialist degree be considered an equivalent for the doctorate.
