Documents on Site. CONTRACTOR shall keep a copy of all Contract Documents, including addenda, change orders, shop drawings, plans, schedules, specifications, copies of Titles 19 and 24 of the California Code of Regulations, and other modifications on the job at all times. The documents shall be kept in good order and accurately marked promptly to record all changes made during construction. The documents shall be available to ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and its representatives at all times. CONTRACTOR shall be acquainted with and comply with all statutes and regulations as they relate to the project including, without limitation, the applicable provisions of Titles 8, 17 and 24 of the California Code of Regulations (See particularly the Duties of Inspector and Contractor, Title 24, California Code of Regulations, sections 4-342 and 4-343).

Documents on Site. Copies of this Agreement shall be kept at the Agency’s project office and by the Agency or its contractor at the construction site. The Agreement shall be shown, upon request, to any state representative or law enforcement officer.
Documents on Site. The Contractor shall keep on the site one complete set of the Contract, the Documents, Change Orders, communications given or issued under various clauses and sub clauses and the Documents referred /mentioned in sub-clause 1.5 duly authenticated by the Owner’s Representative. These Documents shall be either true copies or original documents, the same being verified as true copies by OWNER’s Representative. The OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER, the Owner’s Representative and his delegates (as referred to in sub-clause 2.4) shall have the right to use such Documents at all reasonable times.
Documents on Site. Contractor shall keep on the Project site, at all times and for use by City, Director, Inspectors of Record and City’s Consultants, a complete set of the Contract Documents that have been approved by applicable Governmental Authorities.
