Domain Name Management. For an additional one-time fee of $______ per domain name, DWS will manage all domains relevant to the production of the Client Website, including the transfer of the domain name from Client’s previous website hosting provided (if necessary), the setup of DNS records, the creation of email addresses. The costs to purchase additional domain names and/or SSL certificates required to complete the Client Website shall be billed to Client and paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Domain Name Management. 6.1 The User may, through the domain name service platform of BestCert, change the current holder of a domain name to another individual or entity, or change the registration information of a domain name. The User shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the aforesaid change of domain name information. If the domain name holder is changed, the User shall further ensure that the new holder agrees with and accepts these Terms of Service.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.
