Upon request and subject to this Agreement, Company may act as Customer’s agent for those purposes. All such activities by Customer (and Company as agent for Customer, as applicable) will comply with applicable law and with the rules and procedures of the applicable domain name registrar or similar authority. Any Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses assigned to Customer by must be used solely in connection with the Services for which it is assigned. If the Services are discontinued for any reason, Customer’s right to use the IP addresses ceases immediately and the IP addresses immediately revert to Company.

The authority concerned will decide on the assignation of any domain names and/or IP address. Xxxxx Xxxxxx only plays a mediatory role in the application process and cannot guarantee that any application will be accepted.
22.4. Client is informed exclusively of registration by the e-mail confirmation from Xxxxx Xxxxxx, which states that the requested domain name has been registered. An invoice for the costs of registration is not a confirmation of registration.
22.5. Client indemnifies Xxxxx Xxxxxx against any and all losses connected with (the use of) a domain name on behalf of or by Client.
22.6. Xxxxx Xxxxxx is not liable for the loss by Client of its right(s) to a domain name or for the fact that the domain name has been requested by and/or assigned to a third party in the interim, except in the case of willful misconduct or deliberate recklessness on the part of Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ management.
22.7. If Xxxxx Xxxxxx registers a domain name on Client's behalf, Xxxxx Xxxxxx will honor requests from Client with respect to moving, transferring or terminating this domain name.
22.8. Client is obliged to observe the rules that the registration authorities set for the application for and for the assignation and use of a domain name and/or the IP address.
22.9. Xxxxx Xxxxxx is entitled to render the domain name and/or IP address inaccessible or unusable or to transfer or arrange the transfer of the domain name and/or IP address to its own name if Client remains in default in performing the Agreement, which action will however last solely for the period that Client remains in default and solely following the expiry of a reasonable term for performing the Agreement as set out in a notice of defaul...

Domain names and IP addresses. 8.1. If and insofar as the Services (also) pertain to the provision and/or management of domain names and/or IP addresses, the provisions of this Article 8 will apply.
8.2. In providing or managing domain names, the Supplier will act as an intermediary between the Customer and the party providing the domain name registration and domain name management services. The Customer expressly authorises the Supplier to do so, and perform the other acts as described in this Article 8. The Supplier has no influence on the distribution of domain names. The Supplier is not obliged to guarantee the continuity or the right of existence of a registered domain.
8.3. Provision of, application for, assignation of and possible use of a domain name and/or IP address depend on and are subject to the applicable rules and regulations of the registration authorities concerned, such as the Foundation for Internet Domain Registration in the Netherlands where it concerns .nl domain names (Stichting Internet Domeinregistratie Nederland, SIDN), and Réseaux IP Européens (RIPE) for IP addresses. The Supplier does not guarantee that an application will be honoured. The relevant authorities decide on the assignation.
8.4. The Customer is obliged to observe the rules set by the registration authorities with regard to the application for and the assignation and use of a domain name. The various domains are managed by different, usually national organisations. All of these organisations have their own general and other terms and conditions with regard to the registration of the relevant domains and sub-level domains, as well as their own regulations with regard to domain name disputes. If domain names are the subject of the Agreement, the additional terms and conditions of – among others – each relevant gTLD (general Top Level Domain) and ccTLD (country code Top Level Domain) will apply. 8.5. The Customer is informed exclusively of the registration by the confirmation from the Supplier, stating that the requested domain name or the IP address has been registered. An invoice for the costs of registration is not a confirmation of registration.
8.6. The Customer will always inform the Supplier immediately, and in any event within five calendar days, in writing, of any changes relating to the domain holder's details.
