DOMESTIC MATERIALS. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:33-2 et seq., if the contract is for the construction, alteration or repair of any public work, the contractor and all subcontractors shall use only domestic materials in the performance of the work unless otherwise noted in the specifications.
