Dormant/Inactive Accounts. You understand that if your account is dormant or inactive, you may be charged the fee specified in the Disclosures and we may stop paying interest to the extent permitted by law. You understand that your account balance may be escheated (that is, turned over to the state) in accordance with state law.
Dormant/Inactive Accounts. The AUTOSWEEP RFID sticker that has not been utilized for over twelve months (12) months will be automatically deactivated
Dormant/Inactive Accounts. You understand that if no activity occurs in your account within the time period specified by state law and if you had no other active relationship with us during the previous three years, you may be charged the fee specified in the Disclosures and your account balance may be escheated (that is, transferred to the state) in accordance with state law.
Dormant/Inactive Accounts. A Tanda wallet account shall be considered inactive where no transaction has been made on the account for a period of six months since the last transaction on the account. A transaction means any log into the account, deposit, withdrawal, balance inquiry check. Where an account becomes inactive and the owners cannot be traced, then Tanda shall transfer the balance of the account to the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority in accordance with the Unclaimed Financial Asset Act, 2011 and any other applicable legislation.
Dormant/Inactive Accounts. An Account may be considered dormant when there has been no activity other than dividend postings during the past twelve months. Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Credit Union may charge a fee for continuing to process your dormant/inactive Account as set forth in the Dividend Rate and Fee Schedule. You authorize us to transfer funds from another Account of yours to cover any service fees, if applicable. To the extent allowed by law, the Credit Union reserves the right to transfer the Account funds to an account payable and to suspend any further account statements. If a deposit or withdrawal has not been made on the Account and the Credit Union has had no other sufficient contact with you within the period specified by state law, the Account will be treated as abandoned. Funds in abandoned accounts will be reported and remitted in accordance with state law. Once funds have been turned over to the state, the Credit Union has no further liability to you for such funds, and if you choose to reclaim such funds, you must apply to the appropriate state agency.
Dormant/Inactive Accounts. If you have not made any transactions on any of the subshare or loans under an account number for a period of 12 months, we may classify your account as inactive / dormant. Unless prohibited by applicable law, we may charge a service fee, as set forth in the Fee Schedule, for processing and maintaining your inactive account. If we impose a fee, we will notify you, as required by law, at your last known address. You authorize us to transfer funds from another account of yours to cover any service fees, if applicable. Inactive fees will be waived for accounts with aggregate share balances of more than $500 or for members under the age of 18.
Dormant/Inactive Accounts. You acknowledge and agree that your account will be designated as inactive if you have not made any contact with us (by way of withdrawal, deposit or online transaction) within a two-year period. Upon the account being designated as inactive, your ability to carry out self-service transactions (via automated teller machines, telephone and Online/Telephone Banking) will be revoked. We will communicate with you within 2 years and 5 years of your last account activity. Reasonable service charges may be charged on accounts, which are inactive. If there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the service charges which are payable by you, you authorize us to close the account without notice to you.

If you have not made any transactions for a continuous period of 6 months your account will be declared as inactive and efforts will be made to contact you to ask if you want to keep the account open and “live.” If we do not hear from you, your account may become dormat for which we will act accordingly to protect both you and the bank from fraudulent activites or act according to any prevailing directives by the Central Bank on dormant/unclamained balances Reactivation of the inactive account. Inactive account may be reactivated if you request us in writing, in accordance with the operational instruction. You will be required to furnish your latest Identity/address proof acceptable to us. We will allow operations in the account only after carrying out detailed due diligence after which deposit into the account at the counter of any our branches will activate the account. 17C.
