Dormant/Inactive Accounts. You understand that if your account is dormant or inactive, you may be charged the fee specified in the Disclosures and we may stop paying interest to the extent permitted by law. You understand that your account balance may be escheated (that is, turned over to the state) in accordance with state law.

Dormant/Inactive Accounts. You understand that if no activity occurs in your account within the time period specified by state law and if you had no other active relationship with us during the previous three years, you may be charged the fee specified in the Disclosures and your account balance may be escheated (that is, transferred to the state) in accordance with state law.
