DP Approval as Condition. The obligation of the Developer to construct and complete the DP Improvements is conditioned upon and shall arise only upon the issuance of a building permit for the Projects, as identified in the DP, except that the following submissions are required prior to the time that the Developer commences any demolition or earthwork on the property:

DP Approval as Condition. The obligation of the Developer to construct and complete the DP Improvements is conditioned upon and shall arise only upon approval of the DP, and the issuance of a building permit for the library building identified in the DP, except that an erosion control plan and a surety for erosion control installation is required prior to the time that Developer commences any demolition or earth work on the Property. The surety for erosion control shall be substantially in accordance with the Performance Security identified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • BASIC CONDITIONS The State shall have no obligation to disburse money for the Project under this Grant Agreement until the Grantee has satisfied the following conditions:

  • Plan Approval 5.5.1.1 The A/E shall secure the required structural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical plan approvals.

  • Prior Approval Required Consultant shall not subcontract any portion of the work required by this Agreement, except as expressly stated herein, without prior written approval of LAFCO. Subcontracts, if any, shall contain a provision making them subject to all provisions stipulated in this Agreement.
