Site Modifications. Google acknowledges that Customer may update the design and content of the Sites in a manner consistent with its obligations contained herein; provided that Customer agrees that (a) it shall keep Google informed of all planned material changes to such Sites; and (b) no changes may be made to the look and feel, dimension and/or placement of the WebSearch Results, News Search Results, Image Search Results, AFS Ads, AFC Ads or AFE Ads without obtaining the prior written consent of Google. For the avoidance of doubt, Google may, and the foregoing will in no event limit Google’s ability to, require changes to the look and feel, content or targeting methodology of any such Results or Ads provided herein.
Site Modifications. COLLEGE and the FOUNDATION agree that the following modifications will be made to the Site by the FOUNDATION:
Site Modifications. Google will have an initial approval right prior to Customer’s commercial launch with respect to Customer’s implementation of the Google Services under this Rider. Any change to Customer’s implementation of the Google Services where the layout and/or presentation of the Google Services substantially deviates from the approved initial implementation will be subject to Google’s prior approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Google acknowledges that Customer may update the design and content of the Sites in a manner consistent with its obligations contained herein; provided that Customer agrees that (a) it shall keep Google informed of all planned material changes to such Sites to the extent the changes have a material effect on the Google Services; and (b) no changes may be made to the look and feel, dimension and/or placement of the WebSearch Results, Local Search Results, AFS Ads, AdSense for Local Search Ads or AFC Ads without obtaining the prior written consent of Google. For the avoidance of doubt, Google may, and the foregoing will in no event limit Google’s ability to require changes to the look and feel or content of any such Results or Ads provided herein pursuant to Section 12 (Updates).
Site Modifications. Google acknowledges that Yahoo! may update the design, features, functionality, operation and content of the Yahoo! Properties (and the Yahoo! Partners may update the design, features, functionality, operation and content of Yahoo! Partner Properties); including without limitation, any Results Page; provided that Yahoo! agrees that no changes may be made to Ads or the Properties that are not in accordance with this Agreement.
Site Modifications. Landlord may do any one or more of the following with respect to the Building and the Common Areas provided that reasonable access to the Premises shall not be materially impaired: (i) construct alterations and signs; (ii) construct additions thereto; (iii) connect to then-existing buildings.
Site Modifications. Power Strata Systems Inc. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily, this Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Power Strata Systems Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, or temporary suspension of this Site.
Site Modifications. WELL HYDRATION reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. By using this Services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use, including any and all of the revisions. WELL HYDRATION may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Services (including, but not limited to, the release of new tools, services and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Site Modifications. Prior to making any post-installation future material modifications to a Communication Site, other than maintenance and repair of site specific Communication Facilities as further provided in the License Agreement, Licensee shall file a Communication Site Application with the Town Representative describing the proposed modifications. The Town Representative, or his/her designee, shall review the Communication Site Application pursuant to the terms and conditions in the License Agreement, and if approved such Communication Site Application shall be attached as Exhibit 2 and made a part hereto. Any additional site modifications shall be incorporated hereto in the same manner.
Site Modifications. Note: Site modifications specified below would be allowed under the conditions that any type of excavation, repairs, maintenance or other such activities would not disturb known archaeological sites or features, or notably disturb more soil than previously disturbed by the original construction or installation.
a. The construction of utility, water and sewer and roads projects through previously disturbed utility corridors.
b. Repair of driveways and walkways following the existing or historic configuration and using limited in-kind or historically documented replacement materials.
c. Repair of fences which follow the existing or historic configuration and design and are constructed with limited in-kind or historically documented replacement materials.
d. Site clean-up, including trimming trees or other plantings, provided that such activity does not change the characteristic size or shape of the tree or planting. Limited replacement of dead trees or other dead plantings with in-kind species in accordance with any planting plan that has been approved by the SHPO and VA.
e. Infilling abandoned xxxxx, shafts, cisterns and basements when the infilling does not remove or destroy supporting walls or character defining elements. For steel cased 4 to 6 inch xxxxx, the feature can be in filled per the guidance provided by the state of Iowa. For older xxxxx, basements, and cisterns; no character defining features should be altered or destroyed without prior consultation with the SHPO. Structural characteristics, such as well houses and support walls, will be preserved. The filling process will use clean fill. If any of the potentially historic cisterns, xxxxx, and basements will need to be capped and altered in addition to filling, consultation with the SHPO would be required.
Site Modifications. No structures, electrical modifications, facility modifications, or mechanical apparatus may be erected or installed by the City on District property without specific written approval by the District’s Director of Maintenance & Operations.
