Draft and Final Report. Grantee shall prepare and submit a Draft Final Report to the Grant Manager for CDFW review and comment. Grantee shall incorporate relevant comments received into the Final Report and forward to the Grant Manager. The Draft Report and Final Report are due to the Grant Manager as shown in Section 6.03.4. The Final Report shall be submitted in PDF format and at least one hard copy. A Final Report which summarizes the life of the Grant and describes the work and results pursuant to Section 6, Project Statement: Objectives and Timelines, is due no later than November 30, 2018. The Final Report shall include the following:  Whether the project objectives were met and, if so, how  Discussion as to why unsuccessful objectives were not met AND what alternative approaches may lead to their success in future remediation effortsRecommendations for further studies and other actions to address mine drainage issues SECTION 8 - BUDGET 8.01. Draft and Final Report. The COOPERATOR shall prepare a draft report that presents and summarizes the data, GIS data, analysis, results, and conclusions of this study, including an executive summary. The report shall provide the quantity and quality of sources and the conceptual costing of treating reclaimed water for new potable water supplies. Upon review and approval of the draft report, the COOPERATOR shall prepare and submit a final report.
Draft and Final Report. The Cooperator shall prepare a draft report that presents the data results and analysis, and provides a determination of the sources of nutrient loading into Clearwater Harbor/St Xxxxxx Sound. The report shall identify, evaluate, and recommend management options/alternatives that will accomplish the Measurable Benefit of the Project and shall include resource benefits and cost estimates for each option. This shall be accomplished through review and analysis of any existing water quality, biological, or watershed related data in conjunction with data collected specifically for the Project. Draft and Final Report. A draft final report will be submitted to the ACPTP project manager three months prior to the end of the contract. The PI and the PTP will meet to discuss the work conducted and the outcomes of the project. The one-day meeting will be held at a mutually agreed upon location for 1-2 key members of the research team; a virtual meeting may be substituted at the discretion of the PTP and ACPTP project manager. Following the meeting, the PI will have 1 month to submit a final 508 compliant report.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
