DRAPERIES. 1. If draperies are required, they shall be part of the TIs and the following minimum specifications shall apply:
a. Fabrics shall be lined with either white or off-white plain lining fabric suited to the drapery fabric weight. Draperies shall be floor, apron, or sill length, as specified by the Government, and shall be wide enough to cover window and trim. Draperies shall be hung with drapery hooks on well-anchored heavy duty traverse rods. Traverse rods shall draw from the center, right, or left side.
DRAPERIES. Only use draperies and window shades which present a white exterior coloration.
DRAPERIES. It is agreed that all draperies and window covering are clean and in good condition. Upon termination of this tenancy, Xxxxxx agrees to have all draperies and window coverings cleaned at Tenant’s expense. Failure to clean window coverings will result in a minimum Thirty Dollars ($30) per drapery charge against Xxxxxx’s security deposit.
DRAPERIES. Draperies on all exterior office windows in color and type as selected by Landlord.
DRAPERIES. Draperies and wall coverings must be treated with fire retardant and may be installed by Tenant only with the prior written consent of Landlord. Cleaning of all draperies shall be the responsibility of Tenant and shall be done as reasonably required.
DRAPERIES. The university does not provide draperies. If residents provide draperies they must be flame retardant.
DRAPERIES. Draperies. curtains or blinds must be placed at all windows within two weeks of moving into the apartment, if applicable. The window coverings visible from the exterior must be lined with a neutral-colored material. Neutral colors are defined as white, off-white, beige and light xxxx. If the primary draperies or curtains are not of these neutral colors, then they must be lined with neutral colors on the outside. There may be no tin foil, sheets, blankets, or any type of coverings other than draperies, curtains or blinds over the windows to darken rooms.
DRAPERIES. Any window coverings provided by management must be remain at all times. Interior window coverings are allowed if the original blinds remain installed. Without the prior written consent of the Landlord, the tenant shall not remove or change the blinds, other window coverings installed by the Landlord.

DRAPERIES a. Use an ordinary household vacuum cleaner with proper attachments.
b. Upon completion of vacuuming, draperies shall be rearranged or re-hung as required in the event fasteners become loose during cleaning.
