Drug and Alcohol Regulations. Within Travel and Education there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding anything that has to do with the possession, use, exchange or distribution of illegal drugs by Applicants participating in any T&E Study Abroad program. Applicants that are of drinking age that take part in alcohol consumption during their free time will do so at their own discretion, however, should T&E become aware of abuse of alcohol consumption the Applicant runs the risk of expulsion from their program. All Applicants under the age of 18 will have an imposed curfew of 12am. No alcohol consumption will be tolerated for under-aged Applicants. Violation of local laws in regard to drugs or alcohol will result in immediate dismissal from the Travel and Education program.

Buyer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Seller for any damages resulting to Seller from a breach of this paragraph by Xxxxx.

Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.
