Common use of Dual Assignments Clause in Contracts

Dual Assignments. The selection of an employee to be assigned to work at two work locations of an agency shall be made in accordance with Section Five. For employees who are assigned to multiple work locations, the employee’s official work site shall be the work location at which the employee is assigned to work the majority of the work week. Employees shall be eligible for mileage reimbursement for traveling between the two work locations during the work day and for the additional mileage for reporting to the secondary work location (i.e. mileage in excess of that necessary for reporting to the official work site.)
