Common use of Dual Assignments Clause in Contracts

Dual Assignments. For employees who are assigned to multiple facilities, the employee’s official work site shall be the facility at which the employee is assigned to work the majority of the work week. Employees shall be eligible for mileage reimbursement for traveling between the sites during the work day and for the additional mileage for report to the secondary sites (i.e. mileage in excess of that necessary for reporting to the official work site).
