DUES, ASSESSMENTS AND INITIATION FEES. 3.01 During the term of this Agreement the Company will deduct from the first paycheck of each month dues, assessments and initiation fees, each as designated by the International Secretary - Treasurer of the Union, from the wages of those employees covered by this Agreement who individually and voluntarily execute a written check-off authorization card. The Company shall promptly remit any and all amounts so deducted to the International Secretary - Treasurer of the Union. A copy of such authorization card for the check-off of Union dues should be forwarded to the Financial Secretary of the local union along with the membership application of such employee. All payroll deductions should be forwarded to: USW, XXX- 000000, XX Xxx 000000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.

DUES, ASSESSMENTS AND INITIATION FEES. The Contractor shall make deductions from wages of all Employees covered by the PMA in respect of Union dues or service fees equating to Union dues and MBCTC assessments. MBCTC shall advise the Contractor and MFESRA in writing, in advance, of the required dues, assessments and initiation fees and any changes thereto. When an Employee joins a Union, the Union shall be responsible for obtaining the Employee’s written authorization and submitting same to the Contactor detailing the arrangements for payment of initiation fees if such fees are to be collected via payroll deduction.
DUES, ASSESSMENTS AND INITIATION FEES. Section 1: The minimum monthly dues of this organization shall be calculated on the basis of the formula set forth in article X, Section 3 (d) of the International Constitution. In no event shall monthly dues be less than the minimum established in the International Constitution. Dues may be increased above the foregoing levels as required by the International Constitution or upon the recommendation of the Local Union Executive Board and the approval of the membership voting by secret ballot in accordance with applicable law. Dues are due and payable on or before the last business day of the current month.
