Dues Changes. The President or other authorized official of the Union will notify the Bureau/Office Labor Relations Officer when the Union’s dues structure changes. The change will be submitted by an appropriate management representative to the payroll servicing provider within ten (10) work days of receipt in accordance with the payroll servicing provider change process.

We will give at least 30 days’ priornotice ofanyproposed membership dues change and the date from which the change becomeseffectiveby writing to you at the contactaddresswe have on our records. If you have a child membership please note at that on orafterthe child turns 16 yearsofage their rate willbe increased to a full adultmembership applicable at the time. If you do notwish to acceptan increase in yourmembership duesyou mayterminate yourmembership assetoutin paragraph 8.0 below. If you do terminatethe membership for this reason you mustcontinue to payyourmembership duesuntil the end of such notice period (at the rate current immediatelyprior to anyproposed increase) If you do not terminate your membership, you will be required to payanyrevisedmembership duesfrom the date from which the change becomeseffective and yourdirect debit payment willbe amended accordingly. If yourmembership is terminated forany reason byyou orusand you subsequently re-join the club, you will be charged themembership and startup feesapplicable at the current rate at the time you re-join. From time to time wemayneed to adjust theavailability ofcertain facilities on a temporarybasis including for the purposesofcleaning, refurbishments, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and specialfunctions. If anyofthe facilities isnotavailable formore than 30 consecutive days, you can askusin writing for a credit againstyourmembership duesproportionalto the period ofunavailability if you paymonthly, oran extension to your 12, 6 or 1 month initial commitmentperiod proportionalto the period of unavailability if you payannually.
Dues Changes. The parties recognize that the Union may change its dues from time to time, according to its constitution and by-laws. In the event such change occurs, the Executive Director of Local 199 will notify the District Business Office of such change. The above said changes may only be made after giving the District Business Office fifteen (15) days prior notice of the pay date when it is to become effective.
