DUES DEDUCT. The Employer agrees to deduct and forward to the Financial Secretary of the Local Union upon receipt of voluntary authorization the working dues from the pay of bargaining unit employee. The amount to be deducted shall be the amount specified in Appendix I, payable to the Fund named in Appendix II, based on the location in which the work was performed.

DUES DEDUCT. Section 3.07. The Employer agrees to deduct and forward to the Financial Secretary of the Local Union (upon receipt of a voluntary written authorization) the additional working dues from the pay of each IBEW member. The amount to be deducted shall be the amount specified in the approved Local Union Bylaws. Such amount shall be certified to the Employer by the Local Union upon request by the Employer.
DUES DEDUCT. During the term of this Memorandum, the Employer agrees to deduct, from the employee’s wages, any working dues which have been established by the Local Union 569 Bylaws. Said deduction shall only be made with written authorization by the employee. This amount is to be remitted on the same report form as the Health and Welfare.   • Dues Deduction 3.2.1 The District shall deduct in accordance with the current CSEA dues and current service fee schedule, dues from the wages of all Unit Members who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.

The employer agrees to deduct from the salary of each employee covered by this Collective Agreement an amount equal to the fees of the BCTF according to the scale established pursuant to its constitution and by-laws, inclusive of the fees of the local in the district, according to the scale established pursuant to its constitution and by-laws, and shall remit the same to the BCTF and the local respectively. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions:
