DUES DEDUCT. The Employer agrees to deduct and forward to the Financial Secretary of the Local Union upon receipt of voluntary authorization the working dues from the pay of bargaining unit employee. The amount to be deducted shall be the amount specified in Appendix I, payable to the Fund named in Appendix II, based on the location in which the work was performed.

DUES DEDUCT. Section 3.07. The Employer agrees to deduct and forward to the Financial Secretary of the Local Union (upon receipt of a voluntary written authorization) the additional working dues from the pay of each IBEW member. The amount to be deducted shall be the amount specified in the approved Local Union Bylaws. Such amount shall be certified to the Employer by the Local Union upon request by the Employer.

DUES DEDUCT a. Effective June 1, 2005 the Employer agrees to deduct, from the employee's wages, any working dues which have been established by the Local Union 569 Bylaws. This amount is to be remitted on the same report form as the Health and Welfare and Pension. The Trust Office shall remit the amount to Local Union 569 as soon as practical but in no case later than the 30th day of the month in which it was received.   • Dues Deduction 3.2.1 The District shall deduct in accordance with the current CSEA dues and current service fee schedule, dues from the wages of all Unit Members who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.
