The Renter is also responsible for all damages, including damages caused by attendees. Financial responsibility for any and all damages, as determined by the Board of Directors and/or FirstService Residential, will be the sole responsibility of the Renter. Renter shall reimburse the association for any excess costs immediately upon notice of the amount due. Balances that remain unpaid will be charged to the homeowner’s/member’s account and could result in loss of amenity privileges. Guests are not allowed use of the fitness equipment during any and all events.
Duration of Event. Rentals are established in 4-hour increments. If you require additional time for setup and or clean up, then you will need to book another 4-hour increment time slot. All clubhouse rentals must be finished no later than 10:00 PM, including cleanup.
Duration of Event. CBIR agrees that it WILL not schedule any other activity during the time that any EVENT is held nor for a period of ten (10) days immediately prior to the EVENT or for a period of ten (10) days after the EVENT. For purposes of this Agreement the EVENT shall occupy a seven (7) day period which shall be selected by NHRA in its sole and absolute discretion and communicated to CBIR, no later than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the EVENT.
Duration of Event. The CONTRACT HOLDER’S use of the facility is limited to the agreed upon hours as specified in the Clubhouse Facility Rental Agreement, EXHIBIT E to this Agreement. The use of the premises is limited to a minimum of two (2) hour period to end no later than midnight (12:00 a.m.). Event set-up and clean-up time is included in the rental time block. Set-up for the event may not begin before the contracted rental time on the day of the event. Clean-up must be completed before the end of the rental time. CONTRACT HOLDER agrees that the Clubhouse will be vacated by all guests on or before such hours as specified on the application. Should CONTRACT HOLDER fail to end the event by the aforesaid time, the security deposit, or a portion thereof, may be forfeited to the ASSOCIATION. Initial
