Back Time. All current permanent employees who join the plan prior to March 31, 2001 will have their time in the plan back dated to their last day of hire. This will be considered for the purpose of retirement benefits.

Back Time. Every employee who after completion regular hours Friday) and who has thejob site, and is called back to work by the employer, and who is required to work outside his regular working hours, shall be paid at his applicable overtime rate, but not less than two (2) hours. When an employee is called out to work by the employer on Saturday, Sunday or a designated holiday, and he commences work, regardless of when called, Article shall Travel time if applicable will be paid. The provisions of Article do not apply when the employee has been called back as the result of a non-safe negligent act of the employee. In such cases, the employee will be paid at his regular straight time rate of wages for the actual hours of required attendance. ARTICLE
Back Time. An employee who is called to duty during his/her scheduled off-duty time shall receive a minimum ofthree (3) hours pay at one and one-half(l-1/2) times the employee's base pay rate. An extension ofor an early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not qualify the employee for the three (3) hour minimum. Ifthe call back work assignment and the employee's regular work shift overlap, the employee shall be paid the call back rate oftime and one-half(1-1/2) until his/her regular shift begins.
Back Time. Overtime immediately following the end of an employee’s regularly scheduled shift or immediately preceding the start of an employee’s regularly scheduled shift shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times of their straight time hourly rate of pay for only those hours or part thereof worked. Any employee who is called back into work after being released from work at the end of their regularly scheduled shift or at the end of any overtime period immediately following the end of their regularly scheduled shift shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their straight time hourly rate of pay with a minimum guarantee of three hours work or three hours pay in lieu thereof, with the right of the Employer to assign any employee who is called back to perform work for the entire minimum call back period. Any additional call back within the same calendar date of the completion of the initial call back period shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their straight time hourly rate of pay for only those hours or parts thereof worked.
Back Time. If Per Diems volunteered for stand by and were called back in from stand by, this section would apply. This Section would only apply for a Per Diem Nurse Clinician, Option III, if called in on the employee’s day off.

(The overtime rate for hours worked by part time employees on call-back shall be paid only for the actual time spent in paid status beyond that which is required for full time equivalency in their respective classifications.) Standby Time All assigned standby time, such as for bus drivers who are accompanying students on field trips, shall be considered as regular hours worked and shall be compensated on a straight time or overtime basis as are other hours worked under this agreement.

Back Time. Any member of the Service who has completed regularly scheduled shift, has left place of employment and is recalled to duty, or called to duty on days off, shall receive a minimum of four hours pay or time and one-half for the time actually expended, whichever figure is the greater. Should a member be called to duty on annual vacation, such member shall be credited with double the credit receivable under previous call back time articles.
