Back Time. All current permanent employees who join the plan prior to March 31, 2001 will have their time in the plan back dated to their last day of hire. This will be considered for the purpose of retirement benefits.
Back Time. An employee who is called back to work following the completion of his/her work day and the departure from his/her place of employment shall be paid either five
Back Time. An employee who is called in and required to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates except that an employee who is called in and required to work outside his regular working hours commencing after shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates.
Back Time. Employees called back to work after completion of their regular scheduled shift shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at time and one-half except that such minimum work shall not be payable when the employee is asked to continue working past the end of his regular shift.
Back Time. Every employee who after completion of his regular working hours (Monday through Friday) and who has let? the job and is called back and is required to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid at his applicable premium rate as set forth in Article but shall not be paid for less than two hours. When employees are called out to work by the Employer on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, Article shall apply. Travel time will apply if applicable, according to Article Working without eight hours off An Employee who has been called back to work without eight hours off shall be paid applicable overtime rate.
Back Time. Every employee who after completion of his regular working hours (Mondaythrough Friday) and who has left thejob site, and is called back to work by the employer, and who is required to work outside his regular working hours, shall be paid at his applicable overtime rate, but not less than two (2) hours. When an employee is called out to work by the employer on Saturday, Sunday or a designated holiday, and he commences work, regardless of when called, Article shall Travel time if applicable will be paid. The provisions of Article do not apply when the employee has been called back as the result of a non-safe negligent act of the employee. In such cases, the employee will be paid at his regular straight time rate of wages for the actual hours of required attendance.

All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceedingdirectly from work.

Back Time. An employee who is called to duty during his/her scheduled off-duty time shall receive a minimum ofthree (3) hours pay at one and one-half(l-1/2) times the employee's base pay rate. An extension ofor an early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not qualify the employee for the three (3) hour minimum. Ifthe call back work assignment and the employee's regular work shift overlap, the employee shall be paid the call back rate oftime and one-half(1-1/2) until his/her regular shift begins.
Back Time. Any employee who is called back to work after completion of his/her regular assign- ment shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour compensation at the appropriate rate, regardless of the actual time spent on call-back. The one hour minimum, and all other hours worked, if any, shall be subject to “overtime rates” if the specifications noted above are met. (The overtime rate for hours worked by part time employees on call-back shall be paid only for the actual time spent in paid status beyond that which is required for full time equivalency in their respective classifications.) All assigned standby time, such as for bus drivers who are accompanying students on field trips, shall be considered as regular hours worked and shall be compensated on a straight time or overtime basis as are other hours worked under this agreement.
