Back Time. All current permanent employees who join the plan prior to March 31, 2001 will have their time in the plan back dated to their last day of hire. This will be considered for the purpose of retirement benefits.

Back Time. An employee who is called to duty during his/her scheduled off-duty time shall receive a minimum ofthree (3) hours pay at one and one-half(l-1/2) times the employee's base pay rate. An extension ofor an early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not qualify the employee for the three (3) hour minimum. Ifthe call back work assignment and the employee's regular work shift overlap, the employee shall be paid the call back rate oftime and one-half(1-1/2) until his/her regular shift begins.
