Duration of Grant. A. The services, functions or activities described in Part II, Section 1 shall begin upon execution and be provided through December 31, 2024, with two one-year extension option periods.
B. The grant may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Part I, Section 15.
Duration of Grant. The Grant shall be exercisable to the extent and in the manner provided herein from the dates set forth in Section 3 hereof until the Termination Date (the “Exercise Term”); provided, however, that the Grant may be earlier terminated as provided in Section 5 hereof.
Duration of Grant. All rights granted under this agreement are, except where expressly subject to earlier termination, to continue in effect during the full term of the copyright of the Literary Work in the United States under the laws of the United States. Author's Rights

Duration of Grant. The period during which payments are made to an entity from a grant under subsection (a) may not exceed 3 years. The provision of such payments shall be subject to annual approval by the Secretary of the payments and subject to the availability of appropriations for the fiscal year involved to make the payments in such year. The preceding sentence may not be con- strued to establish a limitation on the number of grants under such subsection that may be made to an entity.
Duration of Grant. The services, functions or activities described in Part II, Section 1 shall begin on July 1, 2018, and be provided through June 30, 2019, the date of expiration of this grant agreement. The grant may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Part I, Section 15.
Duration of Grant. Subject to the vesting conditions set forth in Section 3, the SAR shall be exercisable to the extent and in the manner provided herein for the period (the “Exercise Term”) commencing on the Grant Date and ending on the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that the Exercise Term may be earlier terminated as provided in Section 5.
Duration of Grant. The Grant, to the extent not previously exercised, shall terminate upon the earliest of the following dates:
(1) the Expiration Date, as specified in Section 1; (2) as provided under the Agreement; (3) within the time specified in the Plan.
Duration of Grant. The Incentive Grant will commence upon the date which Xxxxx reaches Beneficial Occupancy at the Facility after having obtained all applicable governmental approvals and certificates, for a five (5) year term.
Duration of Grant. (a) This Agreement shall come into effect on the commencement date and shall continue for an initial term of three (3) years (‘Initial Term’).
(b) Upon expiry of the Initial Term, the parties may renew this Agreement for successive additional one-year terms ("Renewal Term”), unless otherwise terminated by either party by giving notice to the other party not less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term.
