During his her stay at the JRC, the doctoral student will be employed by the JRC as a Xxxxx-xxxxxx pursuant to the "Administrative rules of 30.10.2012 applicable to the recruitment of Grant-holders under national law contracts within the framework of the research programmes managed by the JRC" (GH Rules)2 or any future rules that will replace the GH Rules. The national law of the JRC site where the Xxxxx-xxxxxx will be based shall apply to his/her contract of employment with the JRC. The doctoral student will spend a minimum of 12 months and, if allowed by the applicable national law of the respective JRC site, a maximum of 24 months at the JRC. Any long-term transfer from one JRC site to another is excluded. A maximum of one employment contract will be concluded between the JRC and the doctoral student under the frame of the CDP.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments.   • AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.

  • Grant Term The initial grant funding period for this grant will be twelve (12) months. It is anticipated that the grant funding period will begin September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. The grant may be extended for two (2) additional two (2) year periods at HHSC’s sole discretion. Continued funding of a grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and the satisfactory performance of the Successful Respondent during the prior budget period. Funding may vary and is subject to change each renewal period. Reimbursement will only be made for those allowable expenses that occur within the term of the grant. No pre-award spending will be allowed.

  • Period 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2.

  • Project Period The Project Period ("Project Period") is the time during which the Applicant will be conducting the Project. Unless this Investment Agreement is terminated earlier under Article 7 Termination, the Project Period commences on the Project Start Date and ends on the Project Completion Date.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Project Term The Project shall commence on the Signature Date, and shall endure for the Project Term.
