DUTY INCURRED DISABILITY PAY. Effective as soon as administratively practicable after the execution date of this Agreement "Injury Pay" (Duty Incurred Disability Pay) shall be as stated in Section 1 through 9, below. Prior to that date, benefits shall be as stated in Sections 1 through 9 of the 1995-1996 City/Union labor agreement.
