Duty Trade Sample Clauses

Duty Trade. Employees assigned to the same position shall be eligible to trade shifts between themselves, for their own convenience, subject to approval of their immediate supervisors. Trades must occur within the same pay period. All such trades shall be purely voluntary between the employees involved, and both employees shall be paid for the hours they actually work.

Duty Trade. 44.01 The Sheriff, or his designee, shall approve requests by officers to exchange duty shifts or days off (without a change in pay), provided that the officers involved are equally capable of performing each other's respective jobs, and are willing and able to make the exchange.   • Nondisclosure 4.1 By virtue of this Agreement, the parties may disclose to each other information that is confidential (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information shall be limited to the terms and pricing under this Agreement and Your order, Your Content residing in the Services, and all information clearly identified as confidential at the time of disclosure.

  • Ethical Conduct Seller's employees shall comply with the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct articulated within the BorgWarner Supplier Manual. Compliance with these standards is a mandatory component of Buyer's purchase contracts worldwide and must also apply to Seller subcontractors. Both, the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct and the BorgWarner Supplier Manual are incorporated by reference as part of the Purchase Order, are binding on the Seller, and Seller explicitly verifies to have read and accepted the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct and the BorgWarner Supplier Manual.

  • CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL The Consultant shall designate in writing to the Authority one individual, satisfactory to the Authority, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Consultant and who shall be the Authority's normal point of contact with the Consultant on matters relating to such services. Such individual shall be replaced upon the Authority's written request. The designee shall not be replaced by the Consultant without the Authority's prior written consent.

Such information will be given and received on a confidential, need-to-know basis.

  • Academic Freedom and Responsibility 6.1 The University and United Academics agree that academic freedom is essential to the mission of the University and that providing an environment of free and honest inquiry is essential to its functioning. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or abridge any individual's right to free speech or to infringe upon the academic freedom of any member of the University community.
