Customer Consent and Information Release Authorization; Credit Review. BY CHOOSING TO ENROLL WITH THINK AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AUTHORIZE THINK TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM THE EDC, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACCOUNT NAME, ACCOUNT NUMBER, BILLING ADDRESS, SERVICE ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, DEFAULT SERVICE TYPE, HISTORICAL AND FUTURE ELECTRIC USAGE, RATE CLASSIFICATION, METER READINGS, CHARACTERISTICS OF ELECTRIC SERVICE, AND BILLING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION. You (and your signatory, if signatory is noted as your spouse/civil union partner) agree to Think obtaining a credit report and investigating your (and, if applicable, signatory’s) credit rating, credit history and EDC bill payment status and history. We are not obligated to accept, or continue performing, this Agreement if you do not meet our credit requirements. You further authorize Think to release that information to third parties who need to use or be aware of such information in connection with Service under this Agreement, as well as to Think’s affiliates and business partners for marketing purposes. However, your social security number, account number(s), or any other personal information will not be released without your express written consent except for the purposes of operation, maintenance, assignment, and transfer of your account or as required by law. All authorizations provided herein will remain in effect for the Initial Term and, if applicable, any Renewal Term; however, authorization may be rescinded by you any time by contacting Think with the understanding that, if the authorization to release the information necessary to provides the Service(s) will require termination of this Agreement.
Promotion Eligibility. In determining eligibility for discretionary promotions (promotion to the rank of Associate Professor and to the rank of Professor) the College shall consider teaching ability, academic credentials, professional development, professional accomplishments and teaching experience. Additional criteria, if any, as may be established by the College will be announced annually by October 15.

4.5.5. All submissions received after 14th August 2021, 11:59PM shall not be accepted.
4.5.6. The purchase invoice/receipt/confirmation order email must have the full name, mobile number, and email address of the Participant.
4.5.7. When submitting your redemption in the Online Submission Form, Participants must provide the same personal details found in the purchase invoice/receipt/confirmation order email.
4.5.8. Participants must include all necessary details in the Online Submission Form. Incomplete submissions will be discarded without prior notice. An incomplete submission is a submission which does not have complete details, without proof of purchase, incorrect or unreadable proof of purchase, or have incomplete details in the proof of purchase (without full name, mobile number, or email address of the Participant, incomplete purchase item description, without purchase item, quantity, purchase unit price, invoice/confirmation order number, or invoice/confirmation order date).

Promotion Eligibility. (a) Promotion shall be through the Library, and library faculty members shall carry their rank with them if they change units within the Library.
(b) To be eligible to apply for promotion, a library faculty member must have completed the following minimum number of years of full-time duties:
(1) Assistant University Librarian to Associate University Librarian — a total of five (5) years of professional library experience, with no less than three (3) years at UNF.
(2) Associate University Librarian to University Librarian — a total of nine (9) years of professional library experience, with no less than two (2) years at UNF.
(c) Credit for the number of years of full-time duties in rank shall be determined at the time of appointment by the Xxxxxxx and Vice President for Academic Affairs and shall be specified in the employment contract.
Promotion Eligibility. The following years of service are the standard benchmarks for eligibility to submit a promotion portfolio to PAC:
a. Request for promotion to Assistant Professor: See Article XVI
b. Request for promotion to Associate Professor: After three (3) years of Assistant Professor rank.
c. Request for promotion to Professor: After five (5) years at Associate Professor.
d. Request for promotion to Senior Professor: After five (5) years at Professor. For items (ii) and (iii) above, years of full time service in a similar faculty position at another college may be applied toward these eligibility criteria if the promotion candidate demonstrates that service included substantial work and accomplishment in the areas of teaching/professional effectiveness, college and community service, and professional development. - Following the award of tenure at WCC, faculty with at least three (3) years of a tenured (or equivalent) status at another institution may apply for the rank of associate professor in the year immediately following the award of tenure. - Faculty with more than eight (8) years of a tenured (or equivalent) status at WCC or another institution may apply for the award of professor in the year immediately following the award of associate professor. This process shall only apply to faculty transferring from another institution. Evidence of this prior effort and accomplishment while employed as full time faculty at the prior institution(s) should be included in the promotion portfolio.
Promotion Eligibility. (a) Promotion shall be through the faculty member’s department/unit, and faculty members shall carry their rank with them if they change departments.
(b) To be eligible to apply for promotion, a faculty member must have completed the following minimum number of years of full-time academic duties in rank:
(1) Assistant Professor to Associate Professor — three (3) years at UNF
(2) Associate Professor to Professor — four (4) years, with no fewer than three (3) years at UNF. Credit for a maximum of one year of full-time academic duties at the Associate Professor rank for faculty members hired at that rank shall be determined at the time of appointment by the Xxxxxxx and Vice President for Academic Affairs and shall be specified in the employment contract.
(c) Service for the Purpose of Promotion Eligibility
(1) Full-time service for the purpose of promotion eligibility shall mean employment at 1.0 FTE during at least thirty-nine (39) weeks of any calendar or academic-year contract. Employment for one semester shall constitute one-half year of promotion-earning service.
(2) Part-time service of a faculty member employed at least one semester in any twelve (12) month period shall be accumulated. For example, two (2) semesters of half-time service shall be considered one-half year of service toward the period of promotion-earning service.
