E-Mail Addresses. Engineer affirmatively consents to the disclosure of e-mail addresses that are provided to County or HCED. This consent is intended to comply with the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code § 552.137, and shall survive termination of this Agreement. This consent shall apply to e-mail addresses provided by Engineer and any agents acting on Engineer’s behalf and shall apply to any e-mail address provided in any form for any reason, whether related to this Agreement or otherwise.
E-Mail Addresses. 1. If GC has designated student e-mail addresses as directory information in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), upon request from UMGC, GC agrees to share e-mail addresses for those students with 30 credits or more with UMGC. UMGC will communicate via e-mail with these students to promote Associate’s Degree completion with transfer to a UMGC Bachelor’s Degree. UMGC will e-mail these students no more than five (5) times annually. UMGC will not sell the student e-mail addresses to any external organization or individual.
2. If GC has not designated student e-mail addresses as directory information in accordance with FERPA, upon request from UMGC, upon request from UMGC, GC agrees to e-mail the GC’s students with 30 credits or more to promote Associate’s Degree completion with transfer to a UMGC Bachelor’s Degree and will include in such e-mails a link to UMGC’s website where a student can provide his/her e-mail address to UMGC so that UMGC can provide more information regarding its programs directly to the student. UMGC agrees not to make this request more than five times annually.
E-Mail Addresses. As a part of the Company Services, Company shall provide each End User with either (i) *** personal e-mail address with its Internet Access Service known as "CompuServe Classic" (versions 4x and below) or (ii) a primary e-mail address plus *** additional addresses as sub-accounts to Subscribers with Company's new service currently known as "CompuServe 2000" for use in connection with the other Company Services provided hereunder. The Parties hereby acknowledge that WebMD provides *** Omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment and filed separately with the Commission. 2 professional e-mail addresses and messaging services through its virtual receptionist product to End Users as a standard feature of a WebMD subscription. All WebMD links, toolbars and other directional indications will point to the virtual receptionist and other electronic communication features included with the applicable WebMD subscription. The e-mail toolbar in the Company browser used as a part of the End User Software will point to the Company e-mail services provided as part of this Agreement. The above listed features will be mutually agreed to by the Parties and set forth in the Technical Integration Plan.
E-Mail Addresses. Contractor affirmatively consents to disclosure of its e-mail addresses provided to Department or Board, including any agency or department of Department or Board. This consent is intended to comply with the requirements of section 552.137 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, and shall survive termination of this Agreement. This consent shall apply to e-mail addresses provided by Contractor and agents acting on Contractor’s behalf and shall apply to any e-mail address provided in any form for any reason whether related to this Agreement or otherwise.
E-Mail Addresses. For 180 days after the Closing Date, Seller shall cause all incoming e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to be replied to only with the following response: “Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxx have formed Counsel RB Capital LLC with their partner Counsel Corporation, and have acquired Greystone Private Equity, LLC. You can contact Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Co-CEO of Counsel RB Capital LLC, at xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx and Xxxx Xxxxx, Co-CEO of Counsel RB Capital LLC, at xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.” After such 180-day period, Seller shall terminate each such e-mail address. Seller shall promptly terminate the e-mail address xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
E-Mail Addresses. Miami shall also provide courtesy “@xxxxxxx.xxx” email addresses for all Provider Personnel.
E-Mail Addresses. SJCCD affirmatively consents to the disclosure of its e-mail addresses that are provided to TPWD including any agency or department of the State of Texas. This consent is intended to comply with the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act, TEX. Gov'T CODE XXX.§552.137, et seq., as amended, and shall survive termination of this Agreement. This consent shall apply to e-mail addresses provided by·the SJCCD and agents acting on SJCCD's behalf and shall apply to any e-mail address provided in any form for any reason whether related to this Agreement or otherwise.
E-Mail Addresses. VENDOR affirmatively consents to the disclosure of its e-mail addresses that are provided to DEPARTMENT including any agency or department of Harris County. This consent is intended to comply with the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act, TEX. GOV’T CODE XXX. § 552.137, et seq., as amended, and shall survive termination of this Agreement. This consent shall apply to e-mail addresses provided by VENDOR and agents acting on VENDOR’s behalf and shall apply to any e-mail address provided in any form for any reason whether related to this Agreement or otherwise.
