E-mail, Fax Machines, the Internet, and Intranets. The Union and employees will not use state-owned or operated e-mail, fax machines, the Internet, or intranets to communicate with one another regarding union business. However, employees may use state-owned email to request union representation. In addition, union representatives may use state owned/operated equipment to communicate with the affected employees and/or the Employer for the exclusive purpose of administration of this Agreement to include electronic transmittal of grievances and responses in accordance with Article 30,
