Early Bid Documents Sample Clauses

Early Bid Documents. Client agrees that if it requests submission of Work Product documents to contractors for bid purposes either prior to full completion thereof by Xxxxxx or prior to final governmental approval, the potential exists for additional design and construction costs arising from required subsequent revisions and additions to Xxxxxx design documents so as to conform to those of other design disciplines and/or governmental agencies, and any such costs shall be Client’s responsibility.
