If Buyer should identify that Seller has not performed a responsibility and Buyer notifies Seller of the same, such action shall not act to shift any responsibility for Seller's actions or inactions, including for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, safety and security programs in connection with the performance of the Work, to Buyer in any part or way.
