Construction Means and Methods. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for coordinating all portions of the Work under this Contract. He shall be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures, as well as for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work. He shall ensure that the foregoing activities are performed in compliance with the Contract Documents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Trade Contractor is relieved of its responsibility for taking all reasonable and necessary steps to perform all Work consistent with the Contract Documents.
