Early Notification of Termination Payment. The Board agrees to provide payment to any teacher, whether active or on leave, who submits to the Board his/her written notice of retirement or resignation effective at the conclusion of the current school year. This payment shall be prorated for part-time teachers and shall be made in one of the following amounts dependent upon when the written notice was submitted.
