Early Promotion. Candidates may be promoted to XX XX prior to 24 months if they successfully complete all of the tasks on the department’s “check list”. However, all employees hired on the Maintenance Worker Trainee program must serve a probationary period for no less than 12 months.

Early Promotion. You may not post an Offer prior to the start dates indicated in the Offer terms without written consent by Xxxx Xxxxx. Early Promotion without permission may result in immediate removal and termination from the Program.
Early Promotion. Occasionally, a lecturer with a meritorious record of achievement may request to have their timeline to apply for promotion shortened, but only if the department chair, xxxx, and xxxxxxx approve. Granting such a request has the effect of amending the terms of the employment contract. It requires the bargaining unit member to explicitly acknowledge that they have requested to their department chair the modification. In granting the request, neither the chair, xxxx, nor xxxxxxx indicates that an early review is certain to have a successful outcome.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.

  • Application for Promotion Employees who have successfully completed their initial probationary period may make application for any Job Posting provided they meet the minimum, stated qualifications for the involved position; provided, however, that employees who have failed a promotional probationary period in a classification shall not be permitted to take an examination for promotion to that classification within twelve (12) months of the date of such failure.

  • Promotion A promotion shall mean the transfer of an employee to a higher level position of more responsibility as well as salary.

If a promotion occurs on the same day a merit increase is due and approved, the merit increase shall be computed first and subsequently the increase due to promotion. An employee who is promoted shall be considered for a merit increase when the employee’s total hours in paid status, exclusive of overtime subsequent to promotion, equals 1,040 hours. The effective date of the merit increase shall be in accordance with Section 7.21.

  • Promotion of Contract It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS contract is not acceptable to the terms and conditions of this contract and will result in removal of Vendor from Program. Vendor is expected to use marketing funds for the marketing and promotion of this contract.

  • Criteria for Promotion 24.04.01 For evaluating each application for promotion, the following general criteria shall apply:
