Early Reporting and Call. In (a) Employees who are called in outside of their regular schedule of hours will be paid at the applicable premium rate, but not less than the equivalent of four (4) hours pay at their straight-time rate. Day shift employees who are specifically called in after the end of their regular day shift will be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked after midnight up to their normal starting time (and) in no case shall receive less than the equivalent of four (4) hours pay at their straight time rate. (b) Flexible work schedules may be used for employee convenience with prior approval of the Company. The following provisions shall apply to employees reporting to work, at their convenience prior to their normal start times and who work into their normal work schedule during non-holiday weekdays. Such employees shall be entitled to premium pay for hours worked in accordance with section B except that; for this flexible work schedule only, the early report in hours shall be considered to be part of the new workday and that overtime (if applicable) will be applied at the end of the new workday in accordance with section B.

(2) Day shift employees who are called back after the end of their regular day shift (or told to report prior to their regular starting time) will be paid at the rate of time and one-half for hours worked outside their regular schedule, up to midnight and at the rate of double time for hours worked after midnight and up to the beginning of the regular day shift. (3) Employees on the second and third shifts who are called back after the end of their regular shift (or told to report prior to their regular starting time) will be paid at the rate of time and one-half for hours worked up to the beginning of their regular shift. (4) Subsections (1), (2) and (3) above are not applicable where an employee continues to work into the next shift following his normal quitting time.

  • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.

  • Sick Leave Reporting and Verification Employees must promptly notify their supervisor on their first day of sick leave and each day after, unless there is mutual agreement to do otherwise. If an employee is in a position where a relief replacement is necessary if they are absent, they will notify their supervisor at least two (2) hours prior to their scheduled time to report to work (excluding leave taken in accordance with the Domestic Violence Act). Unless otherwise precluded by law, the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, the Employer may require a written medical certificate for any sick leave absence. An employee returning to work after any sick leave absence may be required to provide written certification from their health care provider that the employee is able to return to work and perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Reporting of Compliance Matters (a) The Sub-Adviser shall promptly provide to the Trust’s Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) the following documents: (i) copies of all SEC examination correspondences, including correspondences regarding books and records examinations and “sweep” examinations, issued during the term of this Agreement, in which the SEC identified any concerns, issues or matters (such correspondences are commonly referred to as “deficiency letters”) relating to any aspect of the Sub-Adviser’s investment advisory business and the Sub-Adviser’s responses thereto; (ii) a report of any material violations of the Sub-Adviser’s Compliance Program or any “material compliance matters” (as such term is defined in Rule 38a-1 under the 0000 Xxx) that have occurred with respect to the Sub-Adviser’s Compliance Program; (iii) a report of any material changes to the policies and procedures that compose the Sub-Adviser’s Compliance Program; (iv) a copy of the Sub-Adviser’s chief compliance officer’s report (or similar document(s) which serve the same purpose) regarding his or her annual review of the Sub-Adviser’s Compliance Program, as required by Rule 206(4)-7 under the Advisers Act; and (v) an annual (or more frequently as the Trust’s CCO may reasonably request) representation regarding the Sub-Adviser’s compliance with Paragraphs 7 and 8 of this Agreement. (b) The Sub-Adviser shall also provide the Trust’s CCO with: (i) reasonable access to the testing, analyses, reports and other documentation, or summaries thereof, that the Sub-Adviser’s chief compliance officer relies upon to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the Sub-Adviser’s Compliance Program; and (ii) reasonable access, during normal business hours, to the Sub-Adviser’s facilities for the purpose of conducting pre-arranged on-site compliance related due diligence meetings with personnel of the Sub-Adviser.

  • Log and Load Reporting Service This contract may at the States discretion, require the services of a State approved third party log and load reporting service. Purchaser shall ensure log volume measurement, weight, or scale and weight data for each load is received by the log and load reporting service within 1 business day of logs being measured or weighed. If during the term of this contract, the State discontinues use of the Log and Load Reporting Service, the State will notify the Purchaser in writing, and will approve an alternative log and load reporting process. Determination of volume and grade of any forest products shall be conducted by a state approved third party scaling organization and in accordance with the Westside log scaling and grading rules and Xxxxxxxx Volume Table, revised July 1, 1972, contained in the Northwest Log Rules Eastside and Westside Log Scaling Handbook (developed and produced by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and in effect on the date of confirmation of this contract. Special scaling specifications shall be noted on the State’s Brand Designation form which is hereby incorporated to this contract by reference. Forest Product measurement and weighing facilities required by this contract must be approved by the State. Forest products sold under the contract which require log scaling shall be scaled, measured, or counted by a State approved third party log scaling organization. Forest products sold under the contract which require weighing shall be weighed at a location that meets Washington State Department of Agriculture approval. Prior to forest products being hauled, the Contract Administrator must authorize in writing the use of State approved measurement and/or weighing facilities that are at or en-route to final destinations. Forest products from this sale shall be measured or weighed at facilities, which are currently approved for use by the State and are currently authorized for this sale. The State reserves the right to verify load volume and weights with State employees or contractors at the State's own expense. The State reserves the right to revoke the authorization of previously approved measurement locations.

  • Financial Reporting and Rent Rolls Each Mortgage Loan requires the Mortgagor to provide the owner or holder of the Mortgage Loan with (a) quarterly (other than for single-tenant properties) and annual operating statements, (b) quarterly (other than for single-tenant properties) rent rolls (or maintenance schedules in the case of Mortgage Loans secured by residential cooperative properties) for properties that have any individual lease which accounts for more than 5% of the in-place base rent, and (c) annual financial statements.
