Early Termination of a Term Appointment. The duration of a term appointment may be reduced if the appointment was made to replace an APT member on leave. Fourteen (14) days’ notice or pay in lieu of notice if the incumbent has been in the position for less than nine months and one (1) months’ notice or pay in lieu of notice if the incumbent has been in the position for longer than nine months.
