Earned Annual Leave. All unit employees working on a calendar that is 241, 242, 243, or greater shall be eligible for annual leave. Employees shall accrue annual leave according to the following provisions: 1. All requests shall receive prior approval and signed by the Administrator or immediate Supervisor.
