Earned Vacation - 10-Month and 11-Month Full-time Employees. 10-month and 11-month full-time employees and full-time employees who work on a stretch calendar will earn 10 days of vacation for each full year of service in the bargaining unit, which is to be pro-rated for a partial year of service. Effective July 1, 2022, 13 days of vacation will be earned after 10 years of service in the district, in the bargaining unit.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.
