ECTS Tools. All students studying at a university inside the EU will receive their results in ECTS credits, which is an indicator for workload. This indicator is already used frequently at EU partner universities. Though South African HEIs make use of credit point systems these are not easily transferable to ECTS and often differ between HEIs or even within one HEI. It will therefore be necessary to provide as detailed information as possible for the purpose of recognition of studies abroad. The following supplementary information will therefore be provided • an explanation of the grading system of the host institution, • an explanation of the ECTS grading system, • module descriptions which are common standard under the Bologna system and include among others information on workload in hours as a translation of ECTS credits and information on examination requirements at the host institution All students will get an academic transcript of records for their stay at the hosting university. For degree-seeking students, a diploma supplement will be issued.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Hand Tools The MOA will provide common hand tools of the trade, which the MOA deems necessary to complete the work assigned. The MOA will not be responsible for hand tools personally owned by an employee and used at the employee’s discretion.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Client Software You may only use the client software with the ERP solution. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the client software to access your ERP solution.

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale. Payment for stored materials shall be conditioned also on the Design-Builder’s representation that it has inspected the material and found it to be free from defect and otherwise in conformity with this Agreement, and on satisfactory evidence that the materials are insured under the builder’s risk policy. Further, if the Design-Builder requests the Department to allow payments for storage of materials offsite, the Design-Builder shall be required, inter alia, to agree to execution of proper documentation to afford the Department a secured interest in the materials upon payment.

  • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.

  • Product Warranty for Software Deliverables During the Project warranty period, defects in the materials or workmanship of the Software Deliverables specified and furnished by or through Contractor shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor at no cost or expense to the Authorized User. Contractor shall extend the Project warranty period by the cumulative period(s) of time, after notification, during which the Software Deliverables require servicing or replacement (down time) or is in the possession of the Contractor, its agents, officers, Subcontractors, distributors, resellers or employees . The Commissioner agrees that Contractor is not responsible for any modification of the Software Deliverables made by an Authorized User without Contractor’s approval.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts. School District Workstations Configuration requirements for devices and their software that school district personnel use to access WSIPC’s software modules can be found on our website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/technology‐team/. State Reports XXXXX will provide, at no additional fee, all data reports required by the state that impact 50% or more of the school districts in the state. WSIPC and NWRDC will work with state agencies to gather requirements on the required data. WSIPC will inform NWRDC staff of any mandated changes to state reports and NWRDC will communicate the information to the District.   • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
