Common use of Education Credits Clause in Contracts

Education Credits. A. Education credits will be granted for clock hours or credits from a four -year degree-granting institution or other SPI approved agencies and for courses taken at community colleges or classes accepted by SPI or SBE for college or clock hour credit. One-quarter hour of university credit shall be granted for each ten hours of class, workshop, or laboratory experience recognized by SPI or SBE for salary credit or clock hours.
