Educational Program. The University shall maintain a tuition waiver program. For the purpose of this article, the term “dependent” shall mean the spouse, domestic partner and /or dependent child. For required concurrent enrollment in a laboratory course, in connection with another separate course, which is covered by a tuition waiver; the tuition waiver shall be applicable to the laboratory course.
