Grade Configuration. The approved grade configuration for the School shall be 9 - 12. If the School wishes to add or drop grade(s) within the current grade segment (e.g., adding 9th grade to a 10-12 grade configuration or dropping 6-8 from a K-8 grade configuration), the School’s board shall submit a written request for approval outside the District’s Call for New Quality Schools process, in form and substance acceptable to the District for review and consideration as an amendment to this Contract pursuant to District processes. If the School wishes to expand to serve a new grade segment (e.g., elementary school, high school or middle school), the School’s board shall submit an application for approval through the District’s Call for New Quality Schools process, in form and substance acceptable to the District for review and consideration as a new contract to serve the new grade levels. In order to run an ECE program, the School shall submit a program description to the Portfolio Management Team, who shall coordinate a review to determine whether the District approves such a program.   • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-200 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for: i) implementation of engines: GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A3

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Catalog Information about Hawthorn University is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Provisioning 2.4.1 BellSouth shall provision services during its regular working hours. To the extent OneTone requests provisioning of service to be performed outside BellSouth’s regular working hours, or the work so requested requires BellSouth’s technicians or project managers to work outside of regular working hours, overtime charges set forth in BellSouth’s intrastate Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, shall apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such work is performed outside of regular working hours by a BellSouth technician or project manager during his or her scheduled shift and BellSouth does not incur any overtime charges in performing the work on behalf of OneTone, BellSouth will not assess OneTone additional charges beyond the rates and charges specified in this Agreement. 2.4.2 In the event BellSouth must dispatch to the End User’s location more than once due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by OneTone (e.g., incomplete address, incorrect contact name/number, etc.), BellSouth will xxxx OneTone for each additional dispatch required to provision the circuit due to the incorrect/incomplete information provided.
