Educational Program. A. Each employee shall be granted the opportunity to attend a minimum of one (1) educational program or school of his/her choice each year as the budget may allow. The program school must pertain to subject matter dealing with that employee’s divisional assignment, and shall be at no cost to that employee. Educational benefits shall be made available to all employees on an equal and rotating basis.
