Effect of Expiration and Early Termination; Survival i. Upon receipt of any termination notice from the AOC, Contractor must promptly discontinue all affected Services unless the notice specifies otherwise.
Effect of Expiration and Early Termination; Survival. Upon the Termination Date: The AOC shall be released from compensating Contractor for Services, other than those Contractor satisfactorily performed before the Termination Date, and for any indirect costs. Without prejudice to the AOC, Contractor shall be released from performing Services. All provisions of this Appendix C will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, except for section 1and promises regarding the maintenance of insurance in section 3 (other than section 3.2, which will also survive).

The State will pay Contractor for Work satisfactorily performed during the Term, provided that the State will not be liable for costs incurred after the Term of this Agreement other than as specifically authorized herein.
