Rejected Work definition

Rejected Work means Work which the Tasking Authority has rejected under DEFCON 524, as it does not conform with the requirements of the Tasking Order (the Contract);
Rejected Work means any part of the Work Buyer found to be defective or not in accordance with the Contract Documents and rejected by the Buyer prior to Final Acceptance.
