Effect on Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Grantee any right to continued employment with the Company, its Subsidiaries or its Affiliates. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the terms and conditions of the Grantee’s employment with the Company shall remain unchanged.
