EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES. The Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2021 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until August 31, 2024 and from year to year thereafter unless terminated by either party on written notice served during the month of May 2024. If notice is not given under subsection (1) by either party ninety (90) days or more before the expiry of the agreement, both are deemed to have been given notice ninety (90) days before the expiry.

If notice is not given under subsection (1) by either party ninety (90) days , or more before during the expiry months of October or November immediately preceding the anniversary date of the agreement, both are deemed to have been given notice ninety (90) days before the expiryAgreement in any year thereafter.

If a notice is not given under subsection (1) the above paragraph by either party ninety (90) 90 days or more before the expiry of the agreement, both are parties shall be deemed to have been given notice ninety (90) to bargain 90 days before the expiry.
