Effective Date & Initial Term. Funding For Initial Term of SPRAC, and Renewal.
Effective Date & Initial Term. The term of this Agreement and access to the Platform shall commence upon receipt of Company's payment of the initial subscription fee (“Effective Date”) and, unless sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement, Your subscription to the Platform shall continue in effect for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”).
Effective Date & Initial Term. Upon acceptance of the Partner’s membership Application by GS1 US, this Agreement shall be effective starting on the date the membership is deemed valid by GS1 US (“Effective Date”) and shall continue for one (1) year from the Effective Date (“Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Effective Date & Initial Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the later of January 1, 2021 or the commencement of service date under the Electric Service Agreement (the “Effective Date”) and expire at midnight on the twenty-fifth (25th) anniversary of the Effective Date ("Initial Term") unless this Agreement is terminated earlier as provided in Section 2.3. The Initial Term and any extension period pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof is referred to as the "Term." If the Electric Service Agreement is not executed, delivered and effective by December 31, 2020 then this Agreement shall be automatically terminated and thereafter deemed null and void and not effective as to either of the Parties.
Effective Date & Initial Term. This Agreement is effective on the date of the last authorized signature. The initial term of this Agreement shall begin on April 1, 2019, and continue until June 30, 2019.
