Effective Date of Release. This Release shall not become effective until the eighth (8th) day after Executive’s execution of this Release. Accordingly, severance payments described in Section [2(b)] or [3(b)] of the Severance Agreement shall not commence until such time.
Effective Date of Release. Beginning of lease term after 30 days has expired following the notice. Thus, if notice was given on December 12, the tenant is obligated to pay January rent, but would be released as of February 1.
Effective Date of Release. Executive is entitled to review and consider this Release for twenty-one (21) calendar days following the date of receipt of the Release (the "Receipt Date") before signing and returning this Release to Employer. If Executive does not accept the terms of this Release in writing and deliver the executed Release to Employer within twenty-one (21) days following the Receipt Date, no Severance Benefits will be payable to the Executive under the Agreement. For a period of seven (7) calendar days following the date of Executive's execution of this Release (the "Acceptance Date"), Executive may revoke this Release ("Revocation Period"). Executive may revoke this Release only by giving Employer formal, written notice of Executive's revocation of this Release to the name and address set forth in paragraph (c) of Section 12 of this Release, to be received by Employer by the close of business on the seventh (7th) day following Executive's execution of this Release (or fifteen (15) days if Executive is subject to the laws of the state of Minnesota). This Release shall not become effective in any respect until the Revocation Period has expired without notice of revocation. In the absence of Executive's revocation of this Release, the eighth (8th) day, or the fifteenth (15th) day if subject to Minnesota law, after Executive's execution of this Release shall be the "Effective Date" of this Release, at which time the rights of all parties under this Release become fully enforceable.
Effective Date of Release. Upon the delivery of a Notice of Release, the release shall take effect upon the issue by the Account Bank (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) to EIB of a certificate, in form and substance satisfactory to EIB, to the effect that the conditions specified in Clause 12.1(b)(i) to (vi) is fulfilled as at the date of issue of such certificate.
Effective Date of Release. This Release shall become effective only after (1) it is signed by Nahrstadt, (2) it is delivered to the Village President, and (3) the seven-day revocation period set forth in Section 14 of this Agreement has expired (the “Release Effective Date”). Effective Date of Release. Employee is aware that Sections 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 of this Release shall become null and void if he revokes his agreement to this Release within seven (7) days following the date of execution of this Release (or, if later, prior to the Closing Date). Employee may revoke this Release (solely with respect to Sections 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 hereof) at any time during such period by delivering (or causing to be delivered) to the Company written notice of his revocation of this Release no later than the later to occur of (i) 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the seventh (7th) full day following the date of execution of this Release and (ii) the Closing (the “Effective Date”). Employee agrees and acknowledges that a notice of revocation that is not received by such date and time will be invalid and will not revoke this Release with respect to Sections 1 through 4 hereof. The Excess Severance Payments shall be paid to Employee upon the later to occur of the day following the Effective Date and the Termination Date. If Employee fails to execute this Release on or prior to the 21st day following receipt of this Release or exercises his right to revoke Sections 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 of this Release prior to the Effective Date, he shall forfeit his right to receive any portion of the Excess Severance Payments. For the avoidance of doubt, Sections 8-17 of this Release shall survive Employee’s revocation of his agreement to this Release in accordance with this Section 5 and the payment of the remaining benefits under Schedule 1 shall not be affected by such revocation.
