Common use of Effective January 1, 1998 Clause in Contracts

Effective January 1, 1998. every employee who has completed 18 full consecutive years of service with the Company shall be entitled to five weeks vacation with pay at a time or times to be arranged by the Company subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth.

Effective January 1, 1998. every employee who has completed 18 full consecutive years of service with the Company shall be entitled to five weeks 200 hours (5 weeks) vacation with pay at a time or times to be arranged by the Company subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth.
