EHS Requirements. The Concessionaire shall comply with the provisions of this Agreement for securing the safety of the Project and safety of all persons present at the Project Site. In particular, the Concessionaire shall develop, implement and administer surveillance and an environment, health and safety programme for providing a safe environment on or about Project and shall comply with the environment, health and safety requirements set forth in Schedule L (the “EHS Requirements”).
EHS Requirements. A. The EHS program will:
1. Share children’s assessments with classroom teachers, with parent permission.
2. Work with the Contractor to develop action plans for issues or concerns that arise during program monitoring and observation of the Contractor’s site.
3. Offer training opportunities to Contractor’s staff that care for infants and toddlers in specific issues pertaining to infants and toddlers up to age three.
B. The Contractor shall complete and return to County monthly attendance records. These attendance records can accompany the monthly invoice for payment required by paragraph 5(a) of the Agreement. Invoices reflecting tuition and credit for reimbursement under the CCCAP for the previous month will be completed and returned to County within 5 working days of the first of each month.
EHS Requirements. Supplier shall comply with Company's Environmental, Health and Safely ("EH&S") requirements, which arc set forth on Company's website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/media/media/group/doc_group/supplier_1/Englisch_Verhalt enskodex_fuer_Lieferanten.pdf Company shall provide these requirements to Supplier in hard copy upon Supplier's request. Supplier and all persons furnished by Supplier shall comply at their own expense with all applicable EH&S laws, ordinances, regulations and codes, including the identification and procurement of required permits, certificates, licenses, insurance, approvals and inspections in performance under this Order Hazardous supplies must be marked by Supplier with international symbol(s) and display the name of the material in English. Supplier shall observe all requirements applicable in the country or state where Company is located, relating to the packing, labeling and carriage of hazardous supplies. Supplier hereby warrants to Company that, except as expressly stated elsewhere in this Order all material furnished by Supplier as described in this Order is safe for its foreseeable use, is not defined as a hazardous or toxic substance or material under applicable federal, state, or local law, ordinance, rule, regulation or order, including but not limited to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU, and the REACH Directive EC/1907/206 (hereinafter collectively referred to as "law" or "laws"), and presents no abnormal hazards to persons or the environment. Supplier also warrants that it has no knowledge of any federal. slate. or local law that prohibits the disposal of the material as normal refuse without special precautions except as expressly stated elsewhere in this Order. Supplier further warrants that all material furnished by Supplier complies with all use restrictions, labeling requirements and all other health and safety requirements imposed under federal, state, or local laws.
