Health and Safety Requirements definition

Health and Safety Requirements means all applicable federal, state, local and foreign Laws concerning public health and safety and worker health and safety each as in effect as of the Closing Date, other than Environmental Laws.
Health and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and other provisions having the force and effect of Law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety, including without limitation those relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or byproducts, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls or noise, each as amended and as now or hereafter in effect.

Health and Safety Requirements means all applicable UK health and safety statutes, statutory instruments, orders, regulations and codes of practice (whether or not having the force of law) in force from time to time, and in particular but without limitation, in England and Wales, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, the Health and Safety Act 1974, the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the means the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002, as may be updated or amended from time to time;
